SwiftVoom Rentals Policy
Welcome to SwiftVoom Rentals!
By using our furniture rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Rental Agreement

Rental Period: The rental period starts on the agreed date and ends on the agreed date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Reservations: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive full payment and acceptance of our terms.
Changes & Cancellations: Modify or cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance without any fees.
2. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery: Delivery and setup fees apply unless otherwise noted. Times are scheduled based on availability.

Setup/Take down: $2 per chair
Setup/Take down: $3 per table
Delivery Fee: $150
After Hour Fee: $200
Pickup: Ensure furniture is ready for pickup at the end of the rental period. Delays will incur additional charges of $100/hour.

3. Usage & Care

Proper Use: Furniture should be used only as intended. Alterations or misuse are prohibited.
Care: You are responsible for maintaining the furniture in good condition. Damages will result in additional charges of $25 per chair.
4. Damage & Loss

Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the furniture during the rental period.
Charges: Costs for repairs or replacement due to damage or loss will be billed at $25 per chair.
5. Payment

Rental Fees: All fees, including rental, delivery, and additional costs, will be detailed in the agreement.
Deposits: A refundable security deposit of $50 may be required, returned upon acceptable return of furniture.
6. Cancellation Policy

Fees: If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation, half of the payment will be forfeited.
Refunds: Refunds do not apply to cancellations within the 7-day window.
7. Liability

Limitation: SwiftVoom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our furniture.
Insurance: We recommend obtaining insurance coverage for rented items.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal Information: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.
Disputes: Legal proceedings will resolve any disputes arising from these terms.
10. Updates to Terms

Changes: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
